Frequently asked questions

When must year-end accounts be filed?
Accounts must be filed with Companies House within nine months of your accounting period end date. Late filing results in automatic penalties that increase the longer you leave it.
What information do you need from me?
We will need your bookkeeping records (bank statements, invoices, receipts) for the period. If your books are already maintained in Xero, the process is much faster.
Do you also file the corporation tax return?
Yes. Year-end accounts and the CT600 are usually prepared together at the same time, saving time and cost.
